Premier Red Sea for Tourism Investment is developing the Marsa Mubarak Bay area overlooking the Red Sea, in the same zone as the Port Ghalib project in Marsa Alam.

The company is developing a master plan that should include 7 hotels, resorts, a diving club, a yacht club and workforce residential units. The internal roads network and infrastructure are currently under construction in addition to the first out of 7 hotels, offering 200 five stars hotel rooms plus a diving club and a marina.
